My wife and I first met Lorna at an open house a few years ago as we were trying to get ideas for a kitchen update for our home. We were so impressed with her then, that we decided to stay in touch. Lucky for us we did. When we decided to relocate to Georgia, we reached out to Lorna to list our home. Lorna educated us on the real estate market and buying trends in Plano and in our neighborhood in particular. Together we decided on a fair asking price. She also explained how she planned to market our home and set our expectations on exactly what would take place. I come from a sales background, so I'm familiar with the saying "under-promise...over-deliver". Let me just say that Lorna over delivered on everything she promised and knocked it out of the park for us. From the awesome overhead drone pics and professional photography that she scheduled and managed, to the open houses and multiple private showings, Lorna gave us top-notch service with a personal touch...always above and beyond what we expected. Selling a home can be a stressful time, but when you have someone like Lorna that keeps you informed on what's happening along the way, it sure makes a difference. We've worked with multiple real estate agents in the past, but none hold a candle to Lorna Vu. We have truly made a friend for life! We highly recommend Lorna. We accepted an offer within 25 days and closed quickly. She even coached us on negotiating on our new home in GA.

Lorna was very helpful and instrumental in finding us a place to rent; Lorna listened to what we wanted in our next home and quickly came up with several homes that had all the minimum necessities we required. She answered all our questions and made many suggestions that my wife and I may have not considered when deciding which of the homes we looked at would be a better place to move into. Lorna was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. We had less than ten days to find, qualify, process our application, and set up a meeting with the owner's representative to take possession of the home! Lorna managed to get us a reduced monthly price as well! After moving into our new home, Lorna followed up with us making sure that we were comfortable with our decision.
